Residential accounts are billed quarterly in advance and Commercial accounts are billed monthly in advance. Your first bill may include service fees based upon your service start date from the preceding month. This invoice would incorporate the time period from the start date to the invoice date as well as the advanced billing mentioned above.
Your pick up will be delayed to ONE day after the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
