Why is my first invoice different?

Residential accounts are billed quarterly in advance and Commercial accounts are billed monthly in advance. Your first bill may include service fees based upon your service start date from the preceding month. This invoice would incorporate the time period from the start date to the invoice date as well as the advanced billing mentioned above.

Will my trash be picked up on holidays?

Your pick up will be delayed to ONE day after the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

What time should my trash be put out?

While times vary by location, the best rule of thumb is to put all garbage and recyclables at the curb by 5:00 a.m. on your collection day, or the night before your service day.

Do you pick up landscape debris or yard waste?

Landscape debris or yard waste collection is offered in many of the communities we service. Call th main office for availability, collection guidelines and exact dates.

How do I start service or get a price quote?

Place a request for services online or sign up by email or phone by contacting our main office. A customer service rep will contact you.

Can I put my service on vacation hold?

Yes, you can place your services on hold while you are on vacation. Call the main office to schedule your hold.

How can I sign up for service text alerts?

Fill out out the Receive Text Alerts Request form or sign up by email or phone by contacting our main office.

How do I dispose of bulk items?

Fill out out the Bulk Item Request form on the site and a customer service rep will contact you to schedule a pick up.

Can I pay my bill online?

You can pay your bill online with our online bill pay once you have established a customer account.

Do you collect e-waste?

Trash Tech DOES NOT collect electronic waste. Many communities host special collection or drop-off programs for e-waste.
